A day to rest, reflect, and enjoy the serenity of the countryside. We’ll celebrate Shabbat with festive meals, Kiddush, songs, and a gentle walk through the surrounding vineyards and fields.
After Havdalah, we’ll meet the farm owners for a personal talk about rural life in Tuscany.

Day 7: Olive Oil, Picnic & Scenic Views

Our day begins at a historic Florence coffee factory, where we’ll dive into 150 years of tradition, tasting the finest brews straight from the roaster.

Next, we’ll explore a local olive farm, savoring different oils and learning the secrets behind their creation.

Our adventure continues along the ancient Via Francigena, where we’ll enjoy a picnic amidst rolling Tuscan hills and breathtaking views."

Day 8: Roman hot springs - Tuscany's relaxation

Enjoy a relaxing stop at the natural hot springs.

Schedule permitting, we’ll visit Piaenza, known for breathtaking views, artisan pecorino cheese, and boutique designer shops.
As we head to the airport in Rome, we say arrivederci to Italy — but the memories will stay with us forever.
