Monday

April 27

Day 1: The Road North and the Magic of Orvieto

  • We'll gather at 10:00 at Fiumicino Airport in Rome.

  • Drive to the ancient town of Orvieto 

  • Visit handmade ceramics workshop , stroll through the spectacularly artistic shop windows and have a lunch break.

  • Return to the villa.

Welcome Dinner: an Italian chef will present a traditional Italian meal full of  historical and culinary explanations. Be ready for the wine pairing

Tuesday

April 28

Day 2: Tuscan Wine & Siena's Alleys

  • Shacharit+ breakfast

  • Visit Siena, wandering in its narrow stone alley.

  • Explore the hidden historic synanogue.

  • Tour the vineyards of Terra di Seta - kosher winery in the Chianti Hills.

April 29

Day 3: Lucca & a Hands-On Cooking Workshop

  • Shacharit+ breakfast

  • We’ll explore the charming city of Lucca, walk its ancient walls, wander its narrow alleys, and soak in its uniquely local vibe.

  • Later, we’ll head to Fabiano's Tuscan farm for a fun, hands-on cooking class.

April 30

Day 4: The Secrets of Artistic Florence

  • We’ll explore Florence on a guided tour: 

    • Strolling through its famous markets (Porcellino and San Lorenzo).

    • Walking the Ponte Vecchio and the riverbank, following in the footsteps of Renaissance giants like Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael.

    • Visit the magnificent Great Synagogue and Jewish Museum,

    • End the day discovering hidden artisan galleries

Friday

May 1 

Day 5: San Gimignano. The Manhattan of Tuscany. The City of Towers

  • Explore San Gimignano’s medieval stone lanes and its iconic towers.

    • Climb Torre Grossa for breathtaking views

    • Discover the curious tale of the Devil Tower

    • Stroll through Piazza della Cisterna,

    • End the day with local shopping and a gelato from Dondoli, one of Tuscany’s finest.

May 2

Day 6: A Peaceful Tuscan Shabbat

A day to rest, reflect, and enjoy the serenity of the countryside. We’ll celebrate Shabbat with festive meals, Kiddush, songs, and a gentle walk through the surrounding vineyards and fields.
 

After Havdalah, we’ll meet the farm owners for a personal talk about rural life in Tuscany.

May 3 

Day 7: Olive Oil, Picnic & Scenic Views

  • Our day begins at a historic Florence coffee factory, where we’ll dive into 150 years of tradition, tasting the finest brews straight from the roaster.

  • Next, we’ll explore a local olive farm, savoring different oils and learning the secrets behind their creation.

  • Our adventure continues along the ancient Via Francigena, where we’ll enjoy a picnic amidst rolling Tuscan hills and breathtaking views."

Monday

May 4

Day 8: Roman hot springs - Tuscany's relaxation

  • Enjoy a relaxing stop at the natural hot springs.

  • Schedule permitting, we’ll visit Piaenza, known for breathtaking views, artisan pecorino cheese, and boutique designer shops.

As we head to the airport in Rome, we say arrivederci to Italy — but the memories will stay with us forever.
