MONDAY

22 February 

Day 1: Casablanca: Grandeur & Memory

A powerful introduction to Morocco’s spiritual and architectural grandeur.

  • Arrive in Casablanca and begin immediately with magnificence.

  • We visit the awe-inspiring Hassan II Mosque overlooking the Atlantic — a masterpiece of Moroccan craftsmanship. From there, we step into Jewish Morocco at the Jewish Museum and a historic Beit Knesset that tells the story of a vibrant and resilient community.

  • In the evening, we gather for dinner with members of the local Jewish community — a warm and meaningful welcome to this remarkable land.

TUESDAY

23 February

Day 2: Rabat & Tangier: Imperial Elegance

From royal elegance to coastal crossroads between continents.

  • We explore Rabat, Morocco’s refined imperial capital.

  • We view the Royal Palace, wander through the Mellah, stand before the Hassan Tower, and visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. Morocco’s layers of leadership, history, and artistry begin to unfold.

  • By afternoon, the journey turns north toward Tangier, Morocco’s legendary port city where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea.

  • Kosher dinner is shared within the Jewish community before overnight in Tangier.

WEDNESDAY

24 February

Day 3 – Where Oceans Meet: Tangier to Chefchaouen

A day shaped by geography, legend, and color.

  • We explore Cap Spartel and the legendary Hercules Caves before visiting Tangier’s synagogue and historic Jewish quarter.

  • Continuing south through Tetouan, we arrive in Chefchaouen — the famed Blue City. Its indigo alleyways and mountain air offer a slower rhythm and a photographer’s dream.

  • Dinner and overnight in Chefchaouen.

25 February

Day 4 – Gates of Empire: Meknes to Fez

History carved in stone and royal ambition.

  • We begin the morning wandering through Chefchaouen’s blue-washed streets before heading south to Meknes, once the capital of Sultan Moulay Idriss. His royal stables once housed 12,000 horses — a glimpse into Morocco’s grandeur.

  • We pause at the impressive Bab Mansour gate before continuing on to Fez.

  • Dinner and overnight in Fez.

FRIDAY

26 February

Day 5 – Fez: A Living Medieval World

One of the oldest imperial cities in Morocco and home to the arab’s oldest university.

  • A guided visit through Fez el-Bali, the ancient Medina of Fez, reveals a city that feels beautifully untouched by time.

  • In the Karaouine Quarter, artisans dye leather and craft their trades as their ancestors did centuries ago, preserving traditions that define Morocco’s cultural heritage.

  • The Mellah of Fez (Jewish Quarter), with its historic synagogues, Jewish cemetery, and views toward the Royal Palace, reflects the once-thriving Jewish community of Morocco and its enduring legacy.

  • As the afternoon softens, preparation begins for Shabbat. In this remarkable imperial city, Shabbat enters with dignity and warmth, followed by a beautifully prepared Glatt Kosher dinner shared together.

Day 6 – Shabbat in Fez: Pause & Presence

A day to slow the rhythm and deepen connection.

  • Shabbat in Morocco offers rare contrast.

  • Beyond the lively Medina walls, the day unfolds gently — prayer, shared meals, conversation, reflection.

  • In the heart of one of the world’s oldest imperial cities, time slows.

28 February

Day 7 – From Atlas Peaks to Sahara Sands

Landscapes shift from alpine charm to endless dunes.

  • The journey south moves through changing landscapes.

  • Ifrane surprises with alpine character before the Middle Atlas Mountains unfold in wide horizons.

  • By afternoon, the terrain shifts toward the Sahara Desert. In Erfoud, gateway to the dunes, transfer is made to desert camp.

  • As the sun lowers, golden dunes ripple toward the horizon. Silence expands. Evening settles over the Sahara with dinner beneath an immense desert sky.

1 March

Day 8 – Sunrise & The Road of a Thousand Kasbahs

A day of vast horizons and dramatic cliffs.

  • Early risers may choose to ride camels across the dunes as the sun rises over the Sahara — a quiet, unforgettable moment.

  • After breakfast, we journey through the dramatic Todgha Gorges, where towering cliffs rise around us.

  • We travel along the famed Road of a Thousand Kasbahs via the Dades Valley, arriving in Ouarzazate for dinner and overnight.

2 March

Day 9 – Ait Ben Haddou & The Road to Marrakech

Ancient fortresses and mountain passes.

  • This morning we explore Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-protected Kasbah whose ochre walls have served as the backdrop for many films.

  • We may also visit the Taourirt Kasbah before traveling through the scenic Tiz’n Tichka pass toward Marrakech.

  • Dinner and overnight in Marrakech.

WEDNESDAY

3 March

Day 10 – Marrakech: A Feast for the Senses

Spice, color, architecture, and living theatre.

  • We explore the Medina’s winding alleys, filled with spice stalls, artisans, and centuries of tradition.

  • We visit the tranquil Menara Gardens, the 19th-century Bahia Palace, and optionally the Majorelle Gardens.

  • Our day concludes in the famous Djemaa El Fna square — alive with performers, storytellers, and color. From a rooftop café, we take in the Atlas Mountains in the distance as the city pulses below.

  • Dinner and overnight in Marrakech.

4 March

Day 11: Ourika Valley & Departure
A gentle farewell framed by mountain views.

  • Depending on flight times, we may visit the picturesque Ourika Valley before returning to Marrakech or Casablanca for departure.

  • We leave Morocco carrying its colors, flavors, melodies — and memories that linger long after the journey ends.
