Day 1: The magnificent Synagogue of Piedmont
Meet in at 10 am at the airport in Milan.
From the airport, we will travel to the Neo-Classical
Renaissance Sun-lit Shul in Casale Monferrato. The Shul was
hidden away due to Christian medieval “sensitivities.”
Onto our first Gelato stop and Guided Tour of Milan

Day 2: The Complexities of being both Jewish the Renaissance - Financial Success with Forced Conversions
The Synagogues in Modena+ Bologna (if there is time)- Is there a future for Jews in Italy?

Day 4: What is the only way to see the Tuscan country side?
Via Vespa or ATV!
Shacharit+ breakfast+ Climb on the Vespas and with the in our hair we are off to the famous Chianti region in Tuscany, the green hills, the rural farmhouses and vast areas of vines and olive trees.
Picnic with wine and cheese and off to the Pilgrim's Way –
Via Franchigina, and San Gimignano, a city of rivaling towers
from rivaling medieval families.
Dinner+ Wine+ Relaxation = Tuscany
MONDAY
September 23
Day 5: Siena-Settling Medieval Disputes Through Horse Racing in the Town’s Square
Guided tour of the Siena and the Ghetto
Time for Shopping
And then on to wine tasting at our kosher winery with Dean
Martin’s Italian loves songs in the background - Who could ask
for more!
TUESDAY
September 24
Day 6: Lucca -The Reniensance village or How Tuscany became Tucany + Tasting Italian
Our Italian Cooking Workshop
We will end our day with a thermal soak!
Dinner and Farewell party -more gelato and more wine!
WEDNESDAY
September 25
Day 7: Pisa and Porto Venere
Early morning Shacharit + Light breakfast + Receive a lunch
box
We end with a bang with a visit to Leaning Tower of Pisa which leans because it drank too much wine (ha ha)
Wait there is more!
We sail to Porto Venere to wander through its magical alleys
and bid farewell to Tuscany as we arrive in Milan
